Reconciliation amongst our own

Those who claim to be God's followers yet act in ways contrary to God's character and principles - let me learn to forgive them, as their injury is more grevious to you than me yet you're willing to forgive them. I am not in charge of defending you, God; you are your own defender and will hold all accountable for their own actions. Release me from this burden I have carried but is not part of the easy yoke you've placed me under. Forgiveness and grace, therefore, must be a part of me if I seek to truly unite others and be a reconciler between all people. I am for the whole person yet I sense so many of your children walking around unaware of all you've created them to be, namely their internal self and their emotions, living an undeveloped existence which falls short of the full, abundant life you have waiting for them. In the areas my own understanding and vision are limited, so called blind spots, awaken and enlighten me, oh Divine One. I don't want to live in darkness yet know I cannot handle all light (truth) as I am a mere mortal. I was not meant to know and hold all, as you are. Therefore, grant me the grace and patience to proceed in love with the light I have been given thus far and walk in it, and to tread lightly in the areas I am less familiar with guided by your principles as I navigate the way, with the presence and wisdom of your ever present Spirit. And the overarching vision of the unity of your own as you Jesus have prayed for us, and by that may more be drawn to your love and life. This is my request, thank you for listening, Father.
